RaceMenu is more stable, has the better features and has more support from other mods, so, use that one instead of ECE. That's why you cannot use both mods at the same time because they do more or less the same thing and would fight against one-another or even crash the game.Īnd when I say "use RaceMenu as main character edit", that should be self-explanatory, except maybe when you're completely new to all of this, so, I'm sorry if it wasn't too clear to you.
Both mods add features to that Character Builder in the form of sliders and/or presets that change the way your character looks. When u say main character edit, do u mean uninstall ECE or have it disabled?īoth mods are there to edit the character you build at the start of the game with the game's Character Builder.
